My journey into holistic health began over 20 years ago, from a deeply personal place. At the time, I found myself chronically unwell—without a clear diagnosis, navigating uncertainty and frustration. It took months of seeking help, trying different treatments, researching tirelessly, and learning to trust my body again. When the cause was finally discovered, my slow but steady return to health began. That experience changed everything.

I decided to leave behind my career as a legal and business translator to follow what had truly fascinated me all along: natural, complementary approaches to healing. Since 2013, I’ve been fully dedicated to the study and practice of massage, nutrition, and manual therapy—training both in the UK and abroad. Alongside this, I’ve immersed myself in Eastern and Western approaches to nutrition, breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and movement therapy.

I’m currently studying Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. My practice is constantly evolving, grounded in continuous learning and improvement so I can do what I truly care about most: helping others restore their health and well-being.

I specialise in a holistic, personalised approach, aiming to uncover the root causes of imbalance rather than simply treating symptoms. I have a special interest in chronic pain and women’s health, and I believe that true healing often comes from addressing the body, mind, and environment together.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—whether recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions like fibromyalgia or sciatica, experiencing stress, or simply wanting to feel better in their bodies. My experience includes working with high-level athletes (Premier League footballers), busy office professionals, retreat guests, and individuals of all ages. In London, I’ve had the privilege of working at luxury 5-star spas, wellness retreats, and with respected physiotherapy teams in Notting Hill and Kensington.
